Alianza was founded in 2017 by Rosario Avila in order to support the Spanish speaking community and their employers when it comes to employee benefits implementation, support and ongoing communication. Rosario has been in the benefits industry since 2002 and was named one of EBA's top women in advising 2018, one of EBN's digital innovators transforming benefits, HR in 2019 and EBA's Adviser of the Year in 2019.
